Anyone know a fraud attorney with some extra fortitude? Please put them in contact with Frost.
Frost's words:
"When I needed an estimate on house repairs, most general contractors refused to even bid on my project because correcting a flipper's shoddy work is extremely risky and often requires a special type of insurance. After months of begging, I finally got 3 written estimates. In the same fashion, attorneys all agree that fraud has been committed and damages have been incurred, but because there is no successful precedent for prosecuting a flipper in this fashion, I am being turned down by fraud attorneys. They won't even look at my case. I need somebody with a SPINE who is willing to help me fight this thing tooth and nail and SET the precedent. Otherwise there's nothing to stop this from happening again to other innocent people.
Thanks to all of you for your support. If you know somebody who is shopping for a home, please warn them about predatory remodeling."
