  I'm happy to have found this thread. I'm visiting from the US, till Jan 18 th. I'm a touring children's musician (www.ellenallard.com) and a health coach (www.glutenfreediva.com). I've done some exploring in J'salem for GF and have found it very GF friendly. At home (near Boston, MA/USA), I teach GF baking and eating. It used to be a challenge to travel GF, but now it's much easier.
