  Places to stay with a toddler? We're looking at going to the Smokies this summer for our first big vacation with our 2 year old! I've found tons of articles on things to do in the area with little kids, but very little about where to stay. Any suggestions for hotels or cabins that are particularly kid-friendly? We've never gone further afield than Nana's house with our daughter, so I'm a bit worried about safety. (Both keeping her safe, and keeping the place we stay safe from her!) Thanks in advance!

  We go every year and rent a condo. Feels more like home and has a full kitchen so you can hit the store before you arrive and not have to eat out every night. We use Summit Manor Condominiums. (866) 712-1342 They are on the far end across from Ober Gatlinburg and near a ton of restaurants. They're just off the main strip but far enough away that you won't be bothered by the noise. You can walk down the strip. Plus we see bears every year!
