Do I get a contractor? Do I get an architect? Kitchen and bathrooms need new fixtures, flooring etc. but for the most part they are just cosmetic changes. What we need to do is to add onto the back of the house to add another bedroom (or 2) and bathroom. Like I said...I don't even have a clue where to start. I need to find someone that I can trust and put my faith in to follow some basic guidelines and just make it happen. Does anyone have any advice or referrals for me?

  a friend of mine recommended this General contractor: Gary Welt 909-622-1440. The person that recommened him is Lynn Briggs.
