We just got a certified letter from the city telling us that we need to repair the sidewalk in front of our home and our additional lot on Grand St. Has anyone else gotten a letter like this? Or does anyone have suggestions for a company to call for quotes? I searched the group posts and see nothing recent about this. Wondering if having the city do it will be more expensive than hiring someone else.

  Okay so - I am sure I have posted this here before because I have posted it a thousand places...BUT I am still in dire need of a plumber to complete a pretty heft job in my home here in south park. It will involve replacing an entire main stack. I need someone who is a professional - not just someone who does work on the side. I am having an awful time finding anyone to even come give us an estimate and have tried two of the more well known companies in the area. Thanks in advance for any help at all!
