  Hey folks! I need to find a CONSISTENTLY RELIABLE yard work service. Why so specific: I have 7 dogs (4 mini doxies and three GSD mixes) so I need to have a pretty good idea when the service is going to show up as they could not get any work done if I am out (which doesn't happen that often) and the dogs are in the yard/pen. My current problem (lack of consistency from week to week) is due to the owner having a real job (so he can't provide on-site supervision), having less-than-reliable employees, and (seemingly) having gotten too big (if one job gets behind the WHOLE schedule is affected). Because of that I would prefer a service that: 1- Works on a specific (day of the week) schedule, if possible with a specific period of time like before 12 or after 12. 2- Will provide a yearly rate and take monthly payments (I have been with the same service for 6 years so I am consistent) 3- Will cut grass, weed (or spray for weeds), and trim bushes 4- Is located in Navarre or close vicinity 5- Is run by the owner and he/she is PART of the crew 6- Will call/text/smoke signal contact me if unable to show up as scheduled 7- Is willing to provide a quote within a week of being contacted 8- Comes with favorable references from folks around the area (so if you have first hand knowledge, please let me know). I am looking to have somebody start first/second week in August. Thanks for your time and opinion!
