  My kids have seen Dr. Vesper (eye dr) at Maricopa Eye Care and I've really liked him. He's behind Walgreens. 520-568-7538. I've also heard good things about the eye doctor near Yogurt Jungle, but haven't had any personal experience. I've only heard complaints about the Nationwide in Maricopa...
