  I have been shopping around for auto insurance that won't stop at the Autocross track(street legal solo car) (clarification, what I mean is if I hit a person the insurance company won't burn me.... Not that I ever plan on using it) if I collide with another car or wreck mine i would pay out of Pocket. Any recommendations? Sorry the question is worded funny.

  We had a conversation about this over at Improved Touring, and some folks posted links for auto racing insurance. I saved one. Here it is. I don't know if this covers what you are looking for, but there are other companies.
