  Try Austrian Premix - they are in Diep River. They are the suppliers of all the bread premixes to the supermarkets - their mixes are sold in 12.5 kg bags. They also have a gluten free mix - if this helps. Website lists what they have http://www.austrianpremix.com/index.html
