Alright guys, in your opinion who is the best guitar repair tech and who's the best at dialing in tones for other guitarist ?

People probably think I'm bias, but I wouldn't say it if I didn't believe it were true... Call Ryan Fergon. He's not at GC anymore but he just invested a small fortune to get his home shop loaded with the best tools around. People drop their guitars off with him during the week and he spends all weekend working on them. I've seen him setup other folks pedal boards and help them dial in great tones. And I've still yet to walk into a club and hear anyone's tone that I've been more impressed by than his. Locally, I think he's the guy. (661) 477-3192 If you need the very best in the world (no exaggeration), you need to call Chris Seigmund. He's only about an hour away just outside of Tehachapi (much closer than LA). Known for his custom boutique amps (currently on tour w/ John Mayer and many others), he also grew up in Austria as a furniture maker and builds the most beautiful guitars and cabinets you've ever seen. That is who Ryan learned from. He's a genius in the truest sense of the word. His site looks cheesy at first glance, don't let that stop you. He builds amps and guitars, not websites! http://www.siegmundguitars.com/
