  I got my first place with frank salt for 550 a one bedroom and I took it as I was told was best I could get. It was a horrible bottom floor dark flat. I then spoke with the landlord and was going to replace myself as I found somewhere 3 rd floor 2 bed with sea view. Someone from Simon Mamo then contacted me and said would give me half the commission if I passed over a client that was wanting my apt. Almost 4 weeks later and after many contacts he has STILL not given me the commission. I and those who have moved here do not really trust estate agents and we went directly through landlords. No commission to be paid to estate agents and no pushing to try and make you take somewhere...just my experience!!
