  Either http://www.scaboots.com or http://www.renboots.com Most boots range around the $99.00 range which is rather good for any style of boots to be honest. I've got a pair of the SCA Boots I bought second hand and they are still in excellent condition, despite lots of wear and abuse (Scarborough Faire is tough on footwear). Hope this helps
