He was incredibly professional from the start - wanted to understand exactly the issues I was seeking to solve, gave me a good estimate of the time it would take, and was incredibly responsive even before he showed up. When he came to do the work he was very thorough, solved the issues, and was gracious throughout. More importantly, however, I felt I had someone I could trust. He's knowledgeable and someone you feel is your ally. I would certainly call him again for my next project, and I would highly recommend him. I would also note that he's not cheap, but I marked him as 5 stars on value because I believe you often get what you pay for.
