  We take our dog to Estrella Vet. They are very good but their prices seem very high, especially for those on fixed income. Any suggestions for a local vet who gives quality care but may not be so expensive, or am I dreaming that such a. vet exists?

  I went to Estrella Vet in the past as although the prices weren't that different, they didn't do unnecessary things to rack it up needlessly I found some others did And if it's too late for pet insurance, apply for www.creditcare.com I did when my pup got sick and couldn't afford it at the time

  This is my cousins dog, brownie. Brownie was a stray until my cousin started to care for her. Some disgusting sick person shot brownie in the eye when she was out and about and she is in need of vet care. We don't have the money for that!! She's a very sweet and loved girl, if there's anything anyone can do to help brownie or to help my cousin catch the person who shot her, please let us know. This is in Carlisle county.

  Try lone oak animal clinic. They are known for working with people. Also apply online with creditcare.com to see if you can qualify for some credit to use at the vet.

  Looks like I will be on the hunt for an oral surgeon on Monday for a 12 year old girl who is deathly afraid of dentists. Even speaking of a dentist will almost cause her to hyperventilate.   I was wondering if anyone could help me?......I have a 12yr old silky and i need to get him checked by a vet. the problem is that i do not have alot of money right now and was wondering if there was any solutions or payment plans i could look into to get him well again...my vet wanted to do tests for cushings desease but the tests were to expensive. He is in good spirits and eats fine but now he drinks alot and urinates alot!.....any response would be greatly appreciated!

  Hi Colin, It took me a while to find this information for you but there is a company that help with Client Credit Plans. Its called CARE CREDIT. Wed site is www.creditcare.com or 800-365-8295. Or you may simply speak to your vet about a payment plan. Good luck I hope this helps.
