I'm in need of some assistance. I am breastfeeding my 1 month old and she has been getting horrible gas pains. My doctor says this is due to my vegan diet, specifically all the beans and whole grains I consume. I have tried eating less beans and whole grains, but she still gets gas pains. My doctor says her digestive system will adjust soon, but does anyone have any suggestions in the meantime? I hate seeing her in so much pain.
