  This is where I am right now. I'm mocking up charge piping in PVC and will have it finished in 2.75" OD 304 stainless (ChiCom stuff but nice quality from frozenboost.com). I installed an air-to-water intercooler over by the windshield washer reservoir.

  A pressure cap isn't *needed*, but it definitely is worthwhile. Btw, we've used FrozenBoost stuff over here and it gets the job done just fine. I have a commercial account with them. Mostly, though, any value I could provide would be in steering you towards the proper parts and configuration vs. dropping dollar$.
