Beck Inspects was founded on the concept that all home inspectors dont have to be the same! People perceive home inspectors as "the bad guy". I set out to change that mindset by informing clients of issues without emotions and just reporting what is seen. I let the buyer and realtor decide if they should have things repaired, replaced or ask for a lower offer. Beck Inspects uses digital reports entered on site including pictures delivered via email. Other companies offer differnt home inspection "packages". Why shouldn't you get the best home inspection as the next person simply because they paid more?? I'm looking for someone who will be thorough, especially concerning structural/foundation/water intrusion issues (the house has a fully finished, below grade basement floor).
