Tomorrow will be day 1 for my husband and me, it will be our 8th anniversary and we figured it would be great day to start! Is there a good app for keeping count of your days and total mileage? Thanks!!
Jon W. replied:
smashrun.com for stats. Garmin for collecting those stats.
Dave W. replied:
Smashrun.com is awesome if you plan to use a garmin or Nike+.
Can someone recommend me a good running App for Iphone, to track like time, length, location etc. please? (personal question, not market research!)
Jeremy M. replied:
Strava indeed. Meeting the CEO next week to talk startup. If you are nuts about stats, check out Smashrun.com from friends of mine. Cc Jacklyn Girón
Cécile B. replied:
Thank you everyone! I've downloaded all these apps!! I really like the UX/UI and vibe / concept of Runkeeper ! Strava's walk-through is a bit more "Forest Gump" for hard-core runners!! But will give it a go too ... Jacklyn Girón so what about Smashrun? Is there an Iphone App?
Cécile B. replied:
Ah! So I can't take my future data from Runkeeper and use it on Smashrun but I could with Strava? Did I get this right?
Jacklyn G. replied:
That's right! Actually... you can also take your RunKeeper data to Smashrun (they export GPX) but you would be in clear violation of their TOS. Not that they're policing it I'm sure all of their users do it.
