About us
At The Crate Escape I look to move away from the traditional, outdated 'dominance' methods of training. I have a diploma in canine behaviour with the International School of Canine Practitioners (ISCP), where we use the Sympatico method. This name is taken from the Italian 'simpatico', meaning 'in sympathy with, in harmony with'.
By doing this, I work with the dog and try to assess a particular situation or stimulus from the dog's point of view, so that the effects are long-lasting and are not simply quick fixes.
This will help you build a long-lasting bond between you and your dog.
I offer 1-2-1 Consultations, basic puppy training and pre-purchase puppy advice, all in the comfort of your own home.
I work with dogs exhibiting all types of issues such as fear, anxiety, separation anxiety, pulling on the lead, food guarding, aggression and many other issues. Many people are embarrassed to admit that they have a problem with their dog, however you will be surprised to hear just how many people do, so do not fret or worry any further and do not hesitate to contact me either by phone, email, website or on Facebook.
