I know this isn't the right place, but does anyone know where I can volunteer to help with shelter animals or orphanages? I've inquired at so many places. I really just want to help out. I've tried the SPCA but they are so unhelpful. I've also asked at a few children homes but they too were unresponsive. If anyone knows of any shelters or orphanages please let me know.
