  Recommendations on flooring and cabinetry places Hello /r/Cleveland! I am fixing up a house on the westside on a shoestring budget. I am looking for advice on places to find inexpensive or even used kitchen cabinets and flooring (like the drop in pergo stuff) and kitchen tile. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

  Been awhile since I've done property rennovations, however... totally agree buying used from ReStore locations in the ares, plus used found elsewhere worthwhile. A few times bought demo cabinet sets from HD and others when they changed displays at stores. Found good deals at [Building 9](http://www.building9.biz/) on closeout and surplus items as well.

  Do you have a real estate agent? I work with Commercial Real Estate, but I have great peeps that work out of Keller Williams Westlake office. Also may check out Building 9, They have tons of stuff that I have used in my renovations. They also sell carpet (or use to) but you will have to find someone to install.
