  Can anyone recommend a hand cream / cream for massaging into hands which suffer from arthritis / rheumatism? For a family member who has just had a cortisone injection into the hand to help ease things, have suggested exploring alternative therapies but she is not sure, but does love hand cream so I just wondered if there is something out there with properties which may help?
