Hi all, would anyone have a suggestion for a good orthopedic for shoulder pain (sport injury)? Good as in would not immediately want to slice my shoulder open? Flower Mound, Grapevine, Southlake surroundings would be nice.

Dr Gordon Payne (fine name, eh?) saved me from shoulder surgery. ProForm Clinics, HV https://www.facebook.com/ProFormClinics Voted Best of Denton County last year.
Looking for a chiropractor who is good on an as-needed basis for adjustments. Not looking for someone who wants to get me on a time-intensive treatment plan or anything like that. Recommendations welcome!

Oh man! You need to see Gordon Payne II at proform clinics. I went to him for that exact reason, I didn't want a year long treatment plan. I only want to see him when I NEED him which he's totally cool with. +1 (469) 453-2800
Recommendations for a local massage therapist, please? Looking for sports medicine or deep tissue specialist to help with my very tense shoulders and back.

Also, there is a guy at Proform Clinics (can't remember his name) who worked on me recently and he worked me over! In a good way :) http://www.proformclinics.com/
