Looking for a recommendation for a running coach that understands the needs of a middle-aged runner with a busy job who looking to do their first ultra, and didn't start running until later in life and also reasonably priced. I don't necessarily need them local. Thank you in advance!

I have Jake Hegge from trail transformation also he is young but being a p.t. he knows a lot about what you can do I am 53 and started running ultras a couple of years ago and I'm getting better every year
Looking for a 10-12 week training program for semi experiened runner for a marathon. I did the flower city half this year, and just registered for the MVP full. Any suggestions?

Patrick, sure there are online programs, but it's about the camaraderie, support, coaches, and the simple thought that you're not the only insane person running in heat and humidity or snow and cold (can I get an Amen from the Spring 2012 HFM group?). We all need someone to share in our triumphs and struggles ... and HFM does that.

I recently bought a 1986 XV700. It's very nice, but I do believe that to Have you heard of a book called "How to get your motorcycle up & running". Since you have worked on cars I would think a bike would be the same thing. I change the spark plugs in mine and that's it so take my opinion it's worth. www.get it running.com Melinda
