  You can call and request mulch from Ameren 1800.755.5000. But no guarantee of time. It's based on their tree trimming route. If they are in your area and have a truckload (and you've requested it), they'll drop it off on your driveway. It takes up the space of a small car. But call...policies change. But that's the last I knew about it.
