  Who do you get to set up an Escrow account to accept monthly payments on an owner financed deal? This is one of my sellers from several years ago and they are NOT investors, so no business entity. The buyer has been making payments to the account that the Mortgage Co. automatically debits the monthly payment from and CPA says no. Property is in Missouri and seller lives in Colorado now.
