Bingaman owned at least two restaurants in the city from about 1900 until his death in 1929. In 1905, the restaurants were known as "Clayton's Restaurants", and were located at 75 N Clark and 48 N State. (That's before the address change.) Does anyone know where I can find more information about the restaurants? Possibly photos?..." Thank you for any information you can provide.
