How to order:
Please contact us and we will gladly discuss your cake needs and design, once a design is agreed your quote will remain valid for one month.
Once you have been quoted, to book and secure your order a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The outstanding balance is due on or before delivery/collection. No cake will be released until the balance is paid in full. Deposits can be paid via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash. Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your completed order form for you to check, sign and send back.
Cancellations:
If cancellation of the order takes place we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Cancellation must be made in writing - via letter or email - to Claire's Cake Boutique and will only be deemed to take effect from the date your letter/email is received.
We reserve the right to cancel the order for reasons beyond our control, during this time we will refund any money taken.
