  Hi Lonnie Hendrickson , for the second question, the Door Of Hope ( http://www.facebook.com/DoorOfHopeIsrael ) would be happy to have the clothes I believe. They provide shelters and basic care for female drug abusers and prostitutes in Tel Aviv, so that you know in case you may find that not in your interest.
