  I've been doing a lot of research on this in the past few weeks. My favorites are IDX Central (they create semi & custom WP sites - I don't think you have to host with them nor do you need to purchase your IDX through them but I'm not 100% on that) and I also like Realty Candy's templates (and he'll work with his clients). Agent Evolution seems good, too.
