  I have previously posted on this. Perhaps a different forum. STAY AWAY from Fitzgerald. They are wonderful at not doing what they say they will, and keeping your money. I regret and take responsibility for being naive and perhaps stupid about signing up with them but they are scammers. I recently signed up with listingappointments.com and within less than a week went on my appointments. All of them are homeowners who want to sell. Some might take time to list but they are legit appointments.

  Cory Holman, our company is called ListingAppointments.com. I don't know much about his company, so I can only speak to what we do. Ultimately, we data-mine, scrub numbers, buy leads from various sources, and then call expireds, fsbos, divorces, bankruptcies, probates and basically anyone else with a trigger suggesting they MIGHT be selling a home now or in the future. We then set a listing appointment for our agent in that area.. We charge $497 set up (one time only) and then $150 per appointment. We do NOT charge monthly fees or referral fees. Clients must be willing to take at least 10 appointments per month. We ONLY charge for how many we are actually able to get them. You can set your appointment cap (the maximum number of appointments you are willing to take per month) at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or unlimited. Our average client lists roughly 1 out of every 3 we set for them. Some of our better agents do as many as 5 out of 6. As to quality, these appointments are vetted in virtually the exact same way as I did when I was listing 50-75 homes a month (not counting REO). Ultimately, they are all real sellers.   When I was listing and selling 100+ homes a month, I spent 90% of my time, effort, energy, and MONEY on getting LISTINGS... that being said, my top recommendations for listings are as follows: 1. ListingAppointments.com 2. LeadsLikeCandy.com 3. Prospect, Prospect, prospect. 4. Ask Blair Ballin :)
