I talked directly to the owner on the phone, set up my appointment, and then they never showed up, and never called to say they were running late, not coming, and then never called to apologize. I called the day of my appointment several hours before my appointment to confirm that everything was square. The secretary said she'd confirm my appointment and then never called me back to do so. I called 26 times over the next several hours, and they never answered--but sent me straight to voicemail several times. They never returned my call, never called to apologize for not showing up....and I was left with a $150 truck and my boyfriend to complete the move on my own. They have yet to attempt to make it right. YOU ARE THE WORST. YOU PAY PEOPLE FOR YOUR REVIEWS. Don't trust a company who posts fake reviews. There are plenty of other moving services that are the same price and ACTUALLY SHOW UP.
