  Meagan Nicole De Villiers very few places will buy in pre-loved wedding dresses. Some do take dresses in on consignment and will try to sell on your behalf. As Nicole De Aguiar mentioned above Still White is a site that is worldwide and for a small fee you can advertise your dress on their site. You are in control of the sale.
