  ATT iPad Unlimited data plan in an iPhone XS Max So I’ve got the att iPad unlimited data plan and I was curious to see if there are any tech savvy or experienced folks out here who can troubleshoot my issue. So, it in the phone and working properly but it goes in and out of 4G constantly. Anybody know have some type of fix?   In Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data, disable Cellular Data Switching if you want your AT&T data to remain live during a T-Mobile voice call. Make sure when you’re connected to AT&T data that it’s using the correct APN. First, go to Settings > General > Profile and delete any unnecessary profiles. Then in Safari, go to www.unlockit.co.nz and install the profile for AT&T (Broadband). Restart your phone. It may continue to latch onto 4G for about 5 minutes before switching to LTE.

Updated and still nothing ... The phone is clean and the service is paid ...   Straight Talk customer service is a joke. I fixed my daughter's Iphone 5S myself. Connect to a WIFI then go on Safari and type in unlockit.co.nz. It changes the APN settings. Then choose what carrier it was previously with. Her's was Verizon. I chose Verizon LTE. It worked.

  if it is an at&t iPhone, you can go to unlockit.co.nz, then download the ipn settings there. If it is another type, you can try going to ipnupdatetfdata.straighttalk.com on your phone and try that. Both methods would require you to be online using wifi on the phone.
