  Jo R. wrote: they do not respond, on returns. and having trouble getting their phone number :((( was told to send the defective product back, ( I did not send a tracking order, was told to send it the cheapest way, ???) I have never returned anything before. Anyway have been trying to get results since Jan 19th , no luck.
