I have since learned that I was lied to (to my face) about the agency not being able to collect my commission from a vendor. The owner often did not respond in a timely manner or at all and I would have to send messages again and again in order to get paid. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether and still owe me hundreds of dollars in commission. The owner of this agency is Frances Hedrick and Amanda Casey is an acting manager. Please do not join their agency or support them by booking travel with agents who fail to pay other agents their hard-earned commissions.
