  I don't believe you do. You do need one for an ophthalmologist, I do know that. I understood that you don't need a referral since you get to see an eye doctor once a year as part of your Tricare plan. More than once and all bets are off! Everything ok? I think you can call the appointment line here and ask to be sure. Do you have their number? It's 618-256-9355.
