Relaxation Massage
One of the most common types of massage. This technique uses light to medium pressure, and long smooth strokes to improve skin tone and full body circulation. It soothes and pampers, as well as relieves stress and tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
A more focused massage technique. The deep penetration beneath the skin and muscle allows your therapist to reach your fascia and connective tissue. Your muscle fibers will relax and muscle movements will be eased.

Hot Stone Massage
A specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work deeply, more quickly. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Lomi Lomi Massage
Originated in the Hawaiian Islands Lomi Lomi massage is a form of full body massage that is unlike any other massage modality. Traditionally Lomi Lomi is a deep, therapeutic type of massage designed to release muscle tension and consequently physical stress.
