  mold queries! as I live in a Jerusalem house, and we all know about the wonderful and efficient building that our lovely city is full of, my house is likely full of mold. Ive seen some evidence, but want to know: is a landlord contractually obligated to fix mold (as it would entail removing much of the walls and ...i dunno, scrubbing the mold off? fixing pipes?) and how would I go about finding out the extent of the mold, and what is the process for removing it? are there any reputable companies/people who specialize in this? thanks!
