unbirthdaycat asked:Does anyone have recommendations for where to start order feeder insects online? Hello! I've been considering ordering feeder insects online because my local pet stores seem to have poor quality insects/are always out of what I need. Does anyone have a recommendation for a feeder insect website that you have used? I'm mostly looking for mealworms and dubias for a leopard gecko and a tarantula. Thanks!

You can get them on amazon. I do buy them from Petco when I run low, I just look through all the containers until I find one that looks good. Same with wax worms. Petco usually has very good wax worms, but quality from anyplace can vary from shipment to shipment depending how they were treated while being shipped. I keep the bugs at room temp once I get them home. I also buy crickets from Petco and from Sheridan Seed Co.
