Every doctors visit we've had in the past year lasts over an hour, mainly from sitting in the waiting room. I have never once had an apt where I didn't spend an hour waiting to see the doctor. They overbook apts and you can tell because 4-5 people will sign in for the same exact apt time as the one you have. All they see is money. On a positive note the office is nice and clean. The doctor is nice and is very helpful with information but spends very little time with patients. Overall I plan on switching my kids to a different office just because the apts take up too much time when they shouldn't. UPDATED: After writing this review on another website I was contacted one month later by PSJ pediatric's office manager. At first she seemed concerned about my complaints but that quickly changed once I voiced my concerns and questioned her explanations. At one point I even had to tell the office manager "I wasn't going to argue. My opinion is my opinion" I was then informed that since this practice is privately owned by the doctors that they discharge anyone that dares write a bad review about them. When I told the office manager that discharging patients would only lead to more bad reviews and complaints in a sarcastic way she replied "who are you going to complain to" and snickered. Very unprofessional on her end. I stand by my previous review regarding this office

  Yay for competent people in the workforce!! I love love love and highly recommend Dr. Tarun Jain and his office!! They are always more than helpful, and I have been with them almost 4 years now and have never once gotten a rude person on the phone or in the office. Love them! If you're looking for a pediatrician, he and Shivanti Mitra have an office in PSJ, they are more than worth a look into!!
