Since 2005 Bruise Violet has been costuming some of the UK's leading burlesque and drag artistes! Costumier to The Folly Mixtures, the UK's premier touring burlesque troupe, Rocky Horror shadowcasts the world over, draq queens from London to San Francisco and has a reputation for making the finest organza ruffles known to man!!
Perfect for stage or just to top off that special outfit for a theatre trip, wedding, prom etc Bruise Violet Boas ensure you a quality costume piece to make everyone's heads TURN!!!
We all love the look of feathers but sometimes you just need something a little different!! Our boas are fully vegan, washable, do not shed (unlike feathers!) and pack down small for making room in your suitcase, springing back into life the minute they are unfurled!
Made in two main styles, Princess and Queen (with custom work also available), the colour combinations are limitless due to the option of having matching colour or contrast stitching! The only limit is your imagination though we do have a number of standard colour options available to match every outfit!
Princess boas are 100 inches long by 7.5 wide and are a 4 layer style whereas Queen boas are a massive 120 inches long, 10 inches wide and are made from twice the amount of fabric of a Princess!! Bigger, fluffier, more POW!! Princess boas are £45.00 and Queen are £85.
