Allison Ross, owner and operator of Backscratchers Etc., has been in the beauty industry for over 22 years. She is a licensed Cosmetologist providing an array of beauty services such as; Nails, Hair, Waxing, Eyelash Extensions and more.

Allison is also a Global Educator for a major beauty manufacturer which allows her to be trained in the latest trends and travel around the world teaching application techniques of various beauty lines to other beauty professionals.
