  Kind of far from Mesa, but North Central Animal Hospital has $5 rabies shots - http://northcentralanimalhospital.com/ (Central and Dunlap in Phoenix). This Sunday from 9 a - 2 pm, CABRA (Coallition of All Breed Rescue of AZ) has a vaccination clinic near 44 th St and Broadway near Tempe/Phoenix border -- http://www.cabra.org/clinics.html. Shots are $15 if dog is microchipped or $20 each w/o microchip.
