There are lots of restaurants near west india quay dlr station. Also lots of restaurants inside canary wharf underground mall itself. There is a very nice quaint pub/restaurant serving really good food and breakfast http://www.hubbubcafebar.com/. we usually go there for breakfast on weekends.
