Ideally I require 2-3 weeks notice for a cake, but advance bookings can be taken. A small, non refundable deposit will secure any booking.
I am fully registered with Maldon Council. I hold all the relevant insurance and Level 2 in Food safety.
I also hold a 5* hygiene rating from Maldon County Council
