  Start with the Southcourt pack - these are really good genuine guys behind this. I started out with it 15 years ago, they're still going and I know them personally. http://www.lettings-opportunity.co.uk Then look at the ARLA, NAEA, NALS courses ie official bodies not the rah rah get rich quick crowd!
