  I also like fashionfabricsclub.com. but you have to dig a little. I've gotten really nice stuff at low prices, but I had to scroll past some hideous things to find stuff I liked. Use the filters if you know specifically what kind of fabric you want. Also, if you see something you want, get it. Once it's gone, it's gone.   My favorite place to buy denim is [FashionFabricsClub.com](https://FashionFabricsClub.com). They have a great range of stretch and non-stretch denim, including selvage denim from Japan. I've made most of my jeans with denim I bought, and they're all doing great two years later with two to three wears a week. I tend to buy remnants from their Discount section, so most if not all of my jeans have cost less than $30 at most.

  I've had good luck with syfabrics.com and fashionfabricsclub.com. Fabric.com often has a really good sale on its coat-weight wools in January or February, as well.

  A caveat about fashionfabricclub.com, their fibre content is not always reliable, they will sell wool as 100% that doesn't pass the burn test, I've had friends, err, "burnt" by this. I have been told that in the US fabric labeled "100% wool" can legally contain up to 10% synthetic fibers. A reliable vendor will double check the content; FFC is a discount seller and simply accepts whatever their wholesaler labels it, correct or not.

  if all else fails, check out fashionfabricsclub.com. I've been buying from them for years. They have some great sales. I've been happy with everything I've received from them. I purchased a really nice, heavy, velvet print and purchased the Roclon blackout lining (they seem to only carry the Hanes blackout lining now and I really love the Roclon, total blackout and insulating, but I see it for sale on Amazon now) and for a very reasonable price, I was able to make a set of beautiful drapes that keep out the heat in summer and the cold in winter.
