  There is a website called babysitters.com where you can look and advertise for a nanny or babysitter? They all have background checks and reviews etc. I have had a few friends use this and rave about it xx

  When you search in babysitters.com you can see who has special needs training. You can see there experience etc and availability. The small fee is well worth it. It shows you all nanny's and au pairs and babysitters in your area and surrounding suburbs.
