  To all my investor friends: Do you have any recommendations for someone who rebuilds brick porches? I have a unit in Rosedale Park in Detroit (beautiful brick colonial) with a front porch crumbling and water working into the basement. Two driveway slabs have cracked and sunk next to the house due to soil erosion. This will NOT be a simple handyman repair and I want the repair to last at least 60 years or longer. Referrals?
